H.A.L.O. is a NO KILL, NO CAGE, NOT FOR PROFIT organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service. We are dedicated to rescuing, making healthy and arranging adoptions for cats and kittens and to trap / neuter / release (TNR) feral cats.

H.A.L.O. is supported in our efforts by contributions from caring individuals and by volunteers. H.A.L.O.. must rely on the generosity of people such as you to help us defray expenses through regular donations, fund raising events. Without your support, we would be unable to help the many cats and kittens that come to us in need.

All donations that are received will be used to support our rescue and adoption efforts and our TNR program. Your donations are tax deductible as permitted by law.
